    This program utilizes a Cognitive Behavioral
    Therapy (CBT) approach for the learning and
    implementation of anger control skills.

    In this program teens will learn to recognize environmental
    stressors, identify personal triggers, and learn coping
    skills to reduce disruptive outbursts and destructive
    behaviors.
