I am a Licensed Professional Counselor – Associate, supervised by Kimberly Benedict LPC-S. I received my Masters of Science in Professional Counseling from Texas A&M University – Corpus Christi in 2021, and my Bachelor’s in Psychology from Texas A&M University in 2017. I have experience working with teens in the juvenile justice system, as well as teens, young adults, and adults in the community. I have conducted numerous individual, family, and group therapy sessions. I believe young people are often unheard or misunderstood and I purpose to provide an environment where they feel seen and empowered, while making my groups creative, fun, and impactful.

I love what I do. I am inspired by Christ’s love for hurting people and everything I do stems from that love. I believe God has walked with me through fire to show you that no matter what comes your way, life is never without hope. I always say a doctor learns about pain but a healer knows pain. I am a survivor of abuse and human trafficking- domestic servitude, and have also experienced the pain of loss. I have seen far too many tragedies, but I have also seen the exchange of beauty for ashes. One of my favorite quotes is by John Green and it reads, “there is hope even when your brain tells you there isn’t.” In my practice, you can expect a warm, safe, and supportive environment that fosters hope. You will always be welcomed as you are, irrespective of your beliefs or background. I care for each and every soul that comes my way and will always strive to give you the best care.
